This privacy policy applies to the website and associated domains of (“our Site”), operated by Webipack, registered trademark owned by Multiweb TI Lda (“Webipack”, “we”, “us” or “our company”), Legal Person Identification/VAT Tax Number 504620657, addressed in Travessa da Quinta Nova, 12, 1o Dto, 2640-473 Mafra (Portugal), registered in the Commercial Registry Office of Mafra, and to the services which we offer through it, unless different terms are specified in a form or contract provided to you by our company (either online or offline).This privacy policy describes how our company collects and uses the personal information you provide on our Site. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. Some capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy and not otherwise defined may be defined in the Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy only addresses activities from our servers.

1. Collecting your personal information

When you visit this Site, certain kinds of information, such as the website that referred you to us, your IP address, browser type and language, and access times, may be collected automatically as part of the Site’s operation. We may also collect navigational information, including information about the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions taken in connection with the Site.

Personal information collected by us may be stored and processed in Portugal or any other country in which we or our service providers or agents maintain facilities, and by using this Site and our services, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

Please note that Webipack is a multi-site network system and it uses “Single sign-on” (SSO) that is a property of access control of multiple related, but independent systems. With this property a user logs in once and gains access to all systems without being prompted to log in again at each of them.

2. Subscriptions

When you Sign Up in our Site, our company will collect your Billing Details (VAT Number, Country, Name, Address, Town/City, Postcode, Email address and Phone number), and keep this information on file in our secure server in order to process your recurring subscriptions and invoices. You may, at your option, also provide your company name and other additional information. Your Credit Card information will be collected by our third party payment providers. If we are unable to process your subscription for a given month or year, this information, along with your account information may be used to contact you.

3. Third party payment providers

Webipack uses third party payment providers to assist it in processing your personally identifiable payment information securely. Such third party processors’ use of your personal information is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not contain privacy protections as protective as this privacy policy. Payments are currently processed and managed using the third party vendors below. We will inform you which payment processors are used when processing your payments.

4. Hosted websites

Website owners will have the opportunity to review and modify any information entered into their website. Since we do not have full control over how members run their individual websites, this privacy policy does not apply to any hosted Webipack website that you do not own. You should check that you trust the owner of a particular website before submitting personally identifiable information on that website.

Webipack uses Amazon Web Services ( for hosting our Site and for your managed website. Personal information hosted by or through Webipack is subject to Amazon Web Services’s privacy policy ( which may or may not contain terms as protective as this privacy policy.

5. Server logs

When accessing web pages on the Site, Webipack may log your IP address, access URL, time of access, geographic location, browser type, and referral URL in order to provide us with internal information regarding site traffic statistics. This information may also be used to identify users who are using the service for spam or other activity that is deemed in conflict with our Terms of Service. Otherwise, this information is used in the aggregate, and is never linked back to any personally identifiable information.

6. Information security

We store all user information in secure databases protected via a variety of industry-standard access controls. Secure passwords, SSL encryption, disk-based encryption, firewalls, and other measures are in place that helps us to protect your data. However, no company, including our own, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the transmission of personal information through online transactions, and you do so at your own risk.

7. Comments and user content posted to the Site

If you post any Comments or User Content on the Site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you choose to provide there may be read, collected, or used by other users of the Site, as well as other third parties. We are not responsible for the information you choose to submit or post. We cannot guarantee that other users have not made copies of and/or will not use such information outside of the Site.

8. Social Media

Our Site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook and Twitter button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Your hosted website will provide users the opportunity to interact and post content through various social media sites including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, Dribbble, Flickr, GitHub, Google+, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest, StumbleUpon, Tumblr, Vimeo, YouTube. Your interactions with such tools, and any information you or your clients provide in connection with these interactions are publicly viewable outside of the Site domain. Each social media site has its own privacy policies which may be more or less protective than this policy. If you do not wish for this information to be disclosed, then you should not use these tools. We are not responsible for information you choose to post in those social media.

This section shall only apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This privacy policy is governed by and will be interpreted according to the laws of Portugal, and all disputes, claims and other matters in connection with this privacy policy will be determined in accordance with such laws.

13. Notice for visitors to the Site outside Portugal

You should be aware that Portugal and other countries have not harmonized their privacy regulations. Because Webipack is located in Portugal, we have written its Privacy Policy to satisfy our country regulations.
