Webipack solution was developed to fit all businesses and serve those wishing to have a professional, browser and mobile optimized good looking website for an affordable price.
Where do I get started?
You must select the design that you like most in our Designs section. Then fulfill the Subscription Form, proceed to payment and you are ready to go! Then our team will start customizing your site colors and publishing your logo. Finally we’ll send your website Admin User details.
How do I log into mysite?
We will send you an e-mail with the Admin User details and you can log in to your site using the indicated LOGIN page.
Please note that Webipack is a multi-site network system and it uses “Single sign-on” (SSO) to all users type.
What is SSO?
“Single sign-on” (SSO) is a session/user authentication process that allows an user to log in with one username/password in order to access multiple systems/websites. The process authenticates the users for all the systems/websites they have been given rights to and eliminates further prompts when they switch applications during a particular session.
What is the duration of the subscription?
Our subscriptions have a monthly or annual billing cycle automatically charged in your Credit Card or Paypal account.
It is necessary to hire a hosting service?
No! Your subscription includes a world-class premium hosting, enabling you to get your website online with a custom .com or .net domain.
I already have a custom domain. Can I use it?
Sure! If you have a custom domain from a third-party provider, you can map your domain using a CNAME and Domain Forwarding. We’ll give you instructions how to do it. Additionally, you can register with us a free custom .com or .net domain to your site if you need it.
Can I set up an email address with my custom domain?
Yes! While Webipack does not provide email services directly, you can set this up within your domain provider if you have purchased your domain through a third-party, or by using a third- party service like Google Apps, Zoho Mail or other provider.
Can I use different page/categories names than those existing in the design?
Yes sure! All the contents presented in our designs can be edited and changed by you using your website content management system.
Who publishes the initial website structure and contents?
When we give you access to your website content management system you will be ready to go and change every content. If you give us your website structure we can set up the pages and categories for you. If you don’t have the time or knowledge to publish the needed information, we can do it! You just need to subscribe or Content Publishing optional service and send us texts and photos by e-mail.
I’ve subscribed Webipack today. When can I have my website online?
Within 48 hours after payment of the subscription you will be ready to go online.
Can I cancel the subscription at any time?
We will be sorry to see you leave… but you can cancel your subscription at any time by access into your Account in the Webipack website where you first subscribe the service.
